Do you only treat dogs and horses?
We offer treatment to cats too - service types and prices will be based off of canine services.

We can additionally offer treatment to other large animals, like cows - service types and prices will be based of equine services.
Do I need to get veterinary consent before the appointment?
Halle Mackman Veterinary Physiotherapy works in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and the Veterinary Surgery (Exemptions) Order 2015, therefore any form of remedial physiotherapy treatment requires the consent of a veterinary surgeon. However, if the animal is deemed as "healthy" no veterinary consent is required. So if your animal suffers from osteoarthritis, cushing's disease, gastric ulcers or diagnosed hip dyslpasia veterinary consent will be needed before their first consultation.
I need to cancel, will I get charged?
We know cancellations may be necessary due to sickness of the animal or personal circumstances. We ask that if you need to cancel or change your appointment, do so as soon as possible by giving us a call/message/email. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation may be fully charged.
